About Our Durgotsav Sharad Samman

We are organising Durgotsav Sharad Samman during this Durga Puja festival. These awards will be given to pujas of Kolkata and Howrah areas nominated by general public as well as puja committees too.

All public, society and traditional Puja are eligible for Awards but criteria for nominating puja for awards are; budget should be less than 10 lakh, maintaining tradition in organising puja, availability of public amenities, compliance of COVID-19 protocol, no blocking of public road, access of emergency services, innovation in tradition, no forceful collection of donations, provision for surplus amount to be spent on social causes, social and religious activities during festival, only traditional and religious music and musical program etc.
